Customer Rating: - No more morning back pain
I purchased this product after reading Dr. McKenizie's book, 7 steps to a pain free life. In addition to the exercises recommended, this product has alliviated much of back pain and stiffness the I faced each morning. I use it in conjuction with the original lumbar support roll.

I like the product but it was a bit to small. I can use it but its not as easy to use when it doesn't fit right. I would definitly recommend it but make sure you pick the correct size.
