It adjusts in height from four inches for beginners to an impressive 12.5 inches for those ready for a serious challenge – that's six inches higher than the standard aerobic step. Best of all, it comes with a fun, fast-paced video featuring FitTV host Cathe Friedrich that shows you how to build a strong, fit body step by step!

Customer Rating: - TERRIBLE VENDOR!
If I could give lower than one star, I would! Item arrived OPEN. Said to be "New" and was a higher price than other items listed "As New." This was A USED ITEM. The steps were dirty and used. The DVD was used and has a scratch on it. Box was in shreds by the time it arrived and the fact that it hadn't even been sealed closed was TERRIBLE! Said "Targets Return" - and obviously was!
