Too fast to follow
I found this routine too fast to follow. There is not enough time to set up the tube for the various changes of exercises and I was constantly having to stop the video and restart it. Excellent instructor, but I would have liked it if the pace were slowed down and less intense so I could concentrate on the toning exercises. Disappointing because I think the tube is great!

Great tool
Remember to wear shoes with this. I love the Firm instructors! It's not so hard to do. If you are a beginner, I would suggest the Medium or light instead of the heavy one.

This is one of my favorite videos; very effective, and I can it with me when traveling. No more weights...yaaay!!!

For 30 Minutes This Is A Good Workout
I just love my Firm Resistace Cord Kit. This is a short yet intense workout using the resistance bands to help tone and sculpt your muscles. It starts with a 6 mintue warmup, about 10 mins of cardio, 8-10 on the abs and the rest is strecthing/cool down. This is a good way to get a thorough workout in half the time on the days, you dont have 1 hour or more to exercise and still get results. I should warn to be extra careful with the band and make sure you have it secure under your foot before moving on or you will feel the wrath of the strap in your face and that doesnt feel to good(I know form experience lol). So if you are looking for a quick yet intense, good workout go ahead and give this a try.
