Amazon.com Item Description:
Sculpt, tone, and define your whole body faster than ever before with the innovative Firm Sculpting Stick Pro. Bundled with the Power Sculpt Workout DVD--which features Firm master instructor Allie Del Rio Pointer showing how to use the Sculpting Stick in a variety of configurations for maximum effectiveness--the tool gives you a full-body, total-resistance, calorie-burning workout in the comfort of your living room or bedroom. The 9-pound, solid metal Sculpting Stick is 3-1/2 feet in length and breaks down into three 14-inch, 3-pound segments. Use the full 3-1/2-foot stick for squats, lat presses, dead lifts, and other body-firming resistance exercises, or put two of the sections together for a 28-inch tool that helps tone your abs, hips, and thighs. Finally, you can use the sections separately as 3-pound dumbbells to trim your shoulders, biceps, and triceps. Every move helps you burn fat while building and toning muscles all over your body.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - the firm sculpting stick pro
I recently bought the sculpting stick it works great. It,s only 9 lbs so it's easy to handle. I use the dvd that came with the stick but' I also use it with some other firm dvds I own. It also works great as a barbell.I highly recommend the sculpting stick pro it's a wonderful workout tool.

Customer Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - IT WORKS
The stick is a great upper body workout. It is very easy to follow and it is quick and easy way to tone up.

Customer Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Beginner's beware!
The Firm series are always extremely challenging. Don't be dismayed if you need to not use the weights or bar until you get the correct form. You have to start somewhere! The aerobic portions of the tape are good, the exercises with weights are geared to a woman's form and problem areas. Be sure to hydrate well, have enough room to lay on the floor and prepare to sweat. You will look noticeably better after 10 workouts!
