Shock Doctor makes great products. However, the company that is selling this has not described it properly. This is in fact a youth jock strap. I can recommend shock doctor without hesitation but do not buy this particular listing unless you are looking for a youth sized cup/jock.

I too purchased a men's XXL. Impossibly small to wear. Maybe XXL for a large youth? I concur with the other person's findings that there is no way their sizing is correct.

I ordered a 2XL Shock Doctor support on the internet, and received it the other day. It is only 14.5 inches wide (29" waist), and the waist band is very stiff. No way it will fit a 44-48" waist as advertised, so buy it larger that needed. Except for this, the strap is very nicely made. I emailed the company to ask if they actually run this small, or did I just get a mis-marked one. Still waiting for a response. If the size was true, and it fit, I would give it a 5 star rating.
